Triplex employs a semi-automated assembly facility where all of the finished raw materials are gathered, assembled, packed and shipped. Conveyer systems transport raw materials and finished pieces into a high speed semi-automated shrink wrap system allowing for efficient assembly of the final product. Triplex has on staff a core full time workforce and has available on a day's notice skilled temporary personnel. Any raw material or finished goods produced at Triplex is stored in a climate controlled warehouse and is insured through Travelers. |
