Replication of DVD-5 (4.7GB single sided), DVD-10 (9.4GB double sided) and DVD-9 (8.5GB, dual layer) discs follow glass mastering and will need 2 stampers. We offer a current capacity of over 3 million DVD discs per month, depending on the format and quantity of discs per title. All discs are inspected for defects and measurements taken from samples to ensure that the high quality standards are maintained. The first discs replicated are bit-for-bit tested with the original. We have a wide range of DVD players & PC DVD-ROM drives that are used to test functionality.
